Here are some notes for developers and pilots.

The video below shows the first of two explanations of the cockpit engine display.


First TUG landing, after one circuit and rejoin, 28 May 2020. Turbo installed but using zero boost. Bolly 4-blade, 74", 170hp prop.


The video below shows the second of two explanations of the cockpit engine display.

The plots below show the maiden flight ground track and altitude track. The flight lasted ten minutes including a fast ground run with trial 'hops' and a circuit and overhead rejoin. The maximum altitude reached was approximately 1900' before the flight was interrupted by boiling coolant. As shown by the side scale, the trace colour varies from red to violet with increasing altitude.
