Checklists v:
Remove all frost, ice, or snow and debris from all flight and control surfaces and linkages, and from openings, cavities and cowlings.
1. Engine Oil Level. .CHECK up to bottom of flat section.
2. Engine water level .CHECK overflow bottle not empty.
3. Propeller and Spinner .. CHECK damage, cleanliness, security.
4. Air Filter ..CHECK still red (look up NACA Duct)
5. Nose Wheel .CHECK for proper inflation.
6. Static Ports, ( side of fuselage) CHECK CLEAR
7. Windscreen. ..CLEAN
1. Control Wheel Lock REMOVE. (If installed)
2. Ignition Key (first position), Lights, EFIS, VHF, trnspdr . ON.
3. Fuel Quantity Indicators. 2 x wing tubes, EFIS screen 2
4. Fuel filter (under passenger seat) . .sparse sediment permitted.
5. Fuel Valves (2 wings, 1 under passenger seat) ..ON.
6. System check EFIS screen 2
6a. BackUp Switch (red cover) turn ON
6b. Pumps switches .Check both, check EFIS fuel pressure.
6c. Lane switches Turn ON. Lights darken. EFIS temps valid.
6d. Lane switches Turn OFF.
6e. BackUp Switch (red cover) ..turn OFF.
7. Test (red button above EFIS) Press, check RH lights.
8. CO monitor test button Press, note check cycle completes.
1. Main: inflation, & pull top back and forth to check leg firm.
2. Strut and Jury Strut. .Check fastenings firm.
3. Pitot tube Cover..... .REMOVE, check opening clear.
4. Strobe, Landing Light CHECK nav light and flashing lights.
5. Aileron.................... ...CHECK freedom and security.

4. CO detector: press test button; cycles then display ‘0’
5. Seats, Hatches, Harnesses... ......Fasten and adjust.
